Sophy’s Fine Thai and Cambodian Cuisine
There are many authentic Cambodian restaurants in Long Beach, but only one that is very convenient when I jump off the plane at LGB airport. My last several trips back to hometown Long Beach, CA never fails with a trip to Sophy’s for a quick bite. We always stick to our usual:
- - Ba-baw (Cambodian congee with porks blood, minced pork, chicken, fermented soy beans and all that good stuff!)
- - Thai Boat Noodles
- - Cha Mee-katang (fried wide rice noodles)
