I love Nutella. It’s one of those things that I could never get sick of.  This past weekend I ran out of bread slices for breakfast so I tried making crepes for the first time.  Can I just say Nutella crepes are the best thing ever and are to die for?  Surprisingly, I’ve only had it a once or twice before.  I never knew crepes are so simple to make.  I could probably eat Nutella crepes everyday… for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating just a little bit.  If only I had some bananas or strawberries to add to the already delicious dish.  Definitely next time!  Just in case anyone is curious here’s the recipe for the crepes.  I divided the measurements in half for one or two people.  I also added extra water so that the batter was more runny than what this recipe calls for.  Anyway, if you’re a crepes I fan hope you enjoy!

This has got to be one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve ever been to.  It was pretty much my “dream” wedding, an outdoor wedding ceremony/reception with an amazing view over a body of water.  Hanh and Wing got married at the Woodmark Hotel along the Kirkland waterfront.  I had actually considered this venue for my western wedding ceremony, but doubt they would book me for just a ceremony.  Many places just don’t allow that.  Not to take any credit for the choice of venue, but this was my top venue suggestion for Hanh and I even suggested a Sunday wedding (which could cost less than a Saturday wedding at some places) and to choose a holiday weekend so that out of town guests can take advantage of the extended weekend.  What do you know?  It worked out perfectly!  Down to one of the best Memorial Day weather weekend we’ve had so far.  They got so incredibly lucky with the weather.  The mood of the wedding could’ve been totally different had it been wet, rainy and gloomy.  The size of the wedding was around 130 guests, which produced a very intimate affair.  *Sigh*  It almost makes me want to get married again… just kidding!  Wedding planning for yourself totally sucks, but planning for others is totally fun!  Hehe.  Okay, enough with my ramblings.  I have a few pictures to share.  I didn’t have my zoom lens with me, so I didn’t really get to take more versatile pictures as I would’ve liked.
